ASK Ministry INC operates ASK Institute and this educational portal. These terms apply to use of the portal and the SMS notification service described below.

Using the portal

Use your own Google account and provide accurate registration and contact information. Only access records made available through your authorized role. Do not share another person’s private information without authority or attempt to access another account’s records.

Class selection in the registration form is a request for review, not a guarantee of enrollment. Program schedules, fees and any program-specific conditions are provided separately by ASK Institute. Questions about your registration, classes or billing should be sent to askinstitute@askministry.org.

SMS Terms

Sender. ASK Institute, the educational service of ASK Ministry INC.

Message types. Operational notifications about class schedules, registration, billing reminders, assessments and counseling appointments. This consent does not include advertising or promotional messages. If you initiate an SMS inquiry, staff may reply about that inquiry. This does not subscribe you to recurring notifications.

Your choice. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of registration, purchase or educational services. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Only the user of the provided mobile number may consent. Students and guardians give separate consent through their own signed-in accounts.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about charges under your plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to an ASK message to stop further SMS notifications, or withdraw consent in Notification settings. If you previously sent STOP and want to rejoin, reply START to the ASK number, then sign in and save your SMS consent again. Changing your mobile number requires a new consent choice.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email askinstitute@askministry.org.

Delivery. SMS delivery depends on the mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers and consent records. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their advertising, marketing or promotional purposes.
